Cliveden House wedding of Yan and Zhan

Cliveden House wedding on the Terrace

After meeting over four years ago at Birmingham university Yan and Zhan booked the first of their two wedding ceremonies at the grand Cliveden House in Taplow.

Sarah Yeo was chosen to apply Yan’s make up and style her hair to transform her from a beautiful woman into a stunning bride that was completed when she slipped into her elegant and stunning couture dress by Phillipa Lepley and shoes by Mr Jimmy Choo.
Once ready Yan took a short trip down the long drive at Cliveden house in a very English white carriage pulled by two black horses adorned with white feathers.

She stepped out of her carriage met by her four bridesmaids and then walked down the aisle whilst being showered by rose petals from her forty guests, to meet her husband-to-be Zhang.

The Ceremony in Cliveden House’s French Dining Room

The Cliveden House weddings ceremony was performed in The French Dining Room, and the couple exchanged their Tiffany rings. They then went for a short ride together as a husband and wife in their waiting horse and carriage around the grounds of Cliveden.

Champagne and canapés flowed on the terrace as their guests enjoyed the beautiful May sun and breath taking views, whilst I took the couple away for the briefest of moments to photograph their beautiful wedding photographs.

At two thirty they were called back through to The French Dining Room for a wonderful Andre Garrett three course wedding breakfast. The starter was followed by braised belly of lamb and then a delicious vanilla panna cotta.

The bride changed from her wedding dress into an elegant evening gown by Sherri Hill in an eye-catching red.

Their day was recorded by Mark Seymour a recommended Cliveden House and award winning Berkshire wedding photographer.
