Luton Hoo wedding Photography with Vicky & Enzo

Vicky and Enzo were introduced through a mutual friend nine years ago. Vicky’s friends Louis and Bridget who run the Luxury Wedding Fair Show helped the couple put together their dream day with Bobby Uddin, the wedding coordinator at Luton Hoo and approached myself as their photographer to take their Luton Hoo wedding photos.

Say yes to the dress

The Vicky’s wedding dress has a very special story; Vicky took part in the television show ‘Say Yes to the Dress’ with the Royal wedding dress designer David Emmanuelle, but Vicky did not say yes on the tv show, Instead, Vicky opted for a beautiful bespoke wedding dress designed by Christine Dando from Confetti and Lace. A full long hour glass shape, leading into a train of cream lace embellished with crystals, with low cut back made this wedding dress simply stunning.

Vicky got ready in one of the hotels suites at Luton Hoo with top hair stylist Laura Jane Prisk doing Vicky’s hair and makeup along with her beautiful bridesmaids and mum, all who looked absolutely stunning with their wedding make up.

Vicky had three bridesmaids dressed in elegant lemon gowns plus a flower girl and page boy. The groom was in tails and the ushers and groomsmen wore matching suits, whilst the grandchildren had matching waistcoats.

Vicky stopped on the stairwell at Luton Hoo accompanied by her brother for few wedding photographs before walking along the corridor to begin the celebration of the marriage conducted by celebrant Bernadette all photographed by Mark Seymour.

The couple were married at Luton Hoo, Bedfordshire, a stunning country Estate. The couple and the guests enjoyed a weekend stay and a special barbecue the night before the wedding.

The wedding celebration at Luton Hoo

The couple celebrated their marriage with their family and friends in the Romanov Room, a stunning room in the  Luton Hoo hotel with a traditional beautifully painted ceiling. The wedding was over seen by toastmaster Stephen J Hall.

The guests were invited to the drawing room for canapés and champagne and the bride and groom had some group photographs at the bottom of the stone steps by the fountain.

as part of their Luton Hoo wedding photos, the couple wanted a photo surrounded by all their guests and then they were surprised by a basket presented to them by Louis and Bridget, and the couple released two doves to complete the first part of their wedding day.

The guests were then taken to the Manor at the far end of the estate for a drink reception at the Weir and were entertained by a singer, whilst Vicky and Enzo had some natural wedding portraits together and had chance for a glass of champagne. The couple were taken by horse and carriage to join their guests and were greeted with cheers and applause on their arrival.

The colour theme was lemon and the bouquets, button holes, floral arrangements, and chair ties. The seating was display with lemon ribbons with crystal buttons in a large white wooden frame outside the breakfast room. All the floral arrangement, table settings and chair covers were beautifully supplied by Liz at Wedding Venue Decorators.

There was a table outside the wedding venue with photographs of loves ones with a matching guest book. The wedding party sat along an oblong table and the guests were at ‘holiday’ locations round tables. The tables had white and lemon floral arrangements of hydrangeas, roses and lilies, tall white candles, on mirrored stands, decorated with crystals ‘diamonds’ and then tea lights. The guests had wedding favours of miniature bottles of limoncello and bags of yellow candy. The place settings hung from the wine glasses with a simple crystal embellishment.

Vicky and Enzo had a few more bridal portraits as part of their Luton Hoo wedding photography, by the weir, whilst the toast master ensured the guests were ready at their tables to greet the couple, clapping along to the song Happy by Pharrell.

The wedding breakfast at Luton Hoss was a beautiful four course meal; pasta to start followed by a palette cleaning sorbet, main course of fillet lamb, dessert and cheese board, accompanied with wine and more bubbles. During the meal the guests were surprised by the brilliant operatic singing waiters and chef by Encore Entertainment.

The groom, Vicky’s brother and Enzo’s brother gave wedding speeches, gifts and flowers, and then they cut their stunning 4 tier wedding cake decorated with white and delicate lemon flowers.

The guests were joined by the evening wedding guests and then the happy couple took to the dance floor for their first wedding dance as Mr and Mrs Testa to Shania Twain singing from this moment, one of my favourite wedding songs.

They were surrounded by all their guests who then covered and entwined them both in confetti, this will be one of my favourite Luton Hoo wedding photos. The evening continued with incredible performances by three singers and a disco to keep everyone dancing and singing until late.  The first dance was Shania Twain , from this moment.

The whole day was covered not only by myself but by videographer Nayland and a crew member from the ‘Say Yes to the Dress‘ TV programme – so excited to see Vicky and Enzo later on this series!

The couple are off for a beautiful island honeymoon and a well-deserved break after such an incredible wedding day! Congratulations to this wonderful couple, wishing you both a very happy lifetime adventure together.
