Danielle and Steven

On Sunday the 18th July Danielle woke in her top floor suite at The Park Lane Hilton to start preparations for her wedding to be held later that day to Steven Murad.
Hair and makeup were styled by Arta Collaku and finished off with a tiara from Gillian Million of Teddington.
I managed to really capture the essence of the morning with some stunning images that captured the moments when Dani began her bridal preparations. Once completed she slipped into her beautiful Rita Westenus wedding dress that was complimented by an exquisite pair of cream lace high heeled shoes from Charlotte Olympia’s runaway bridal collection.

Lords’ vintage cream and black Rolls Royce picked up Dani, her parents, along with six bridesmaids and drove the short journey up Park Lane and onto the Lauderdale Road Synagogue where she met her husband to be Steven and his thirteen ushers all looking incredibly smart in silver grey tails finished off with traditional top hats and a single pale yellow rose as their button hole.

The traditional Jewish ceremony took place for over three hundred and fifty guests who once the ketuba had been signed then took the short journey back to The Park Lane Hilton Hotel to enjoy champagne and a mixture of canapés provided by Tony Page catering, whilst I photographed the bridal couple against the stunning backdrop of Hyde Park.
It was an opportunity for the bride and groom to have some precious moments away from the hustle and bustle of the reception, to relax together, and provide the time to focus on some beautiful posed and natural bridal photographs that will form an important part of their wedding album and adorn the mantle pieces of parents and grandparents.

Once back at the grand Park Lane Hilton, the reception room was adorned with the most beautiful flowers arranged by Rob Van Halden, which along with the amazing tables dressed by Tony Page, provided some fantastic detail shots.
The guests were announced in by toastmaster David Collins and once seated the bride and groom made their grand entrance straight onto the dance floor to the sounds of Muzika.

Later during the evening I capture the special moment when the newly wed’s opened the dancing with their first dance to Ed Sheerans  Kiss me as guests danced the night away to music provided by Muzika there were lots of opportunities to capture the movement, emotions and atmosphere of the evening in true documentary style.
