This booking is accepted by ‘MSP’ on the basis that it is mutually agreed that the following terms are an integral part of the agreement. No variation or modification of these terms shall be effective unless confirmed by “MSP” in writing. (All reference to ”MSP” shall refer to “Mark Seymour photography “).

COPYRIGHT Copyright Act 1988. “MSP” are the owners of the Copyright in all photographs taken. You are given a licence to print or use your wedding images for NON commercial use only.

ARTISTIC LICENCE Whilst “MSP” will of course make every effort to please the client in all respects, the posing of subjects, and locations used, shall be at the sole discretion of “MSP”. The decision of “MSP” in respect of these matters shall be deemed correct and final.

FORCE MAJEURE Whilst of course every reasonable care will be taken, the due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by “MSP” in the event of any cause beyond their control. In the unlikely event of total or partial photographic failure, or cancellation, “MSP” will make a full, or partial, refund of monies paid, the amount of such refund to be at the sole and absolute discretion of “MSP”.

DEPOSITS It is understood that any fees and deposits paid to “MSP” shall be forfeited in total in the case of cancellation by the customer.

CANCELLATION In the event of postponement or cancellation of the wedding or Mark Seymour Photography within twentyfour weeks of the wedding date the total balance shall become payable of the package agreed.

PHOTOGRAPHER Mark Seymour Photography reserves the right to offer another photographer should he or the original photographer be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.

RE-Touching and Editing All images provided will be colour corrected along with some basic re touching. Detailed retouching if required by the client will be on a chargeable basis.

PRICES Once a deposit has been received all prices remain firm and inflation proof.
ALBUMS Albums must be ordered within 9 months of the wedding / event date. Albums ordered outside this period will be charged an additional fee of £100 per annum up to a maximum of £400.

TRAVEL & ACCOMODATIOIN

Where the travel distance exceeds 50 miles fuel will be charged at standard recommended AA rates. Basic Hotel Accommodation or a local AirBNB is required if travelling in excess of 2 hours to your wedding venue. This can be provided by the wedding party or booked by the photographer and billed prior to the wedding date

Additional notes

A hot meal must be provided for the photographer/ photographers.
