The Four Seasons (Hampshire) Wedding Photography

I have been working as a professional wedding photographer in Hampshire for many years. I am always delighted to receive inquiries from Four Seasons Hampshire as one of their recommended suppliers of the hotel. The beautiful Georgian manor house has a real feel of old-fashioned English country living. This coupled with all of the benefits of 21st-century luxuries and a location just outside of London with gorgeous gardens make this wedding venue in Hampshire pretty hard to beat.

Why book The Four Seasons Hotel for your wedding?
A Stunning Hampshire wedding venue – I have been privileged to be chosen to shoot a number of weddings at the Four Seasons in Hampshire. The hotel is an exemplary example of an English manor house set in rural surroundings. The venue offers outstanding facilities and the team provides impeccable service. The result is a relaxed wedding environment full of Georgian charm that exceeds 21st-century expectations.

Fantastic for photography – The Georgian manor house and extensive lawns and gardens present the perfect backdrop for wedding photography. There are also some fabulous spaces within or nearby the Hotel, these are also lovely spaces for your pre-wedding shoot*. The venue and surroundings are perfect for reportage wedding photography.

Exceptional wedding planning – The team at Four Seasons are fabulous. They will help you with every detail of your wedding from table plans, menu design, linens, decorations, and floral creations to entertainment and of course choosing your photographer. You will be assigned a dedicated hotel wedding consultant to provide expert assistance, allowing you to relax leading up to and during your big day.

A hotel with history – The grounds (Dogmersfield) on which the hotel currently sits were originally home to a medieval palace. The heritage-listed manor house around which the hotel is built dates back to 1728. The manor has age-old links with many major historical characters. Henry VI frequently stayed at Dogmersfield during his reign. Henry VIII met his first wife Catherine of Aragon on the estate. This was just weeks before she arranged marriage to his brother, Arthur, then heir to the throne.

Options to suit every wedding celebration – The hotel offers a number of exceptional wedding spaces to cater to every bride and groom’s needs. The Four Seasons Ballroom is perfect for the grander wedding celebration with seating for up to 250 guests. Tall ceilings and earthy tones give the room a heightened feel, while sumptuous fabric panels, gilt-framed mirrors, and original artworks give the room a feel of grandeur. This room is also ideal for the bride and groom who are looking to completely transform their main function room.

The Four Seasons Ballroom Pre-function Area is located directly outside the Four Seasons Ballroom and is ideal for a reception of up to 150 guests. The pre-function space is surrounded by Floor-to-ceiling windows and opens onto a spacious terrace with colorful potted flowers. The lighting is wonderful for natural l wedding photography.

The Mandeville Ballroom is a great space for up to 150 guests. The Ballroom is in keeping with the main ballroom with high ceilings, fabric panels, and gilt-framed mirrors. The room has a rather stately feel.

The Beckington Room is ideal for smaller, more personal weddings, holding up to 60 guests. Again the décor is in keeping with the ballrooms with elegant ceilings, beautiful panels, and gorgeous mirrors.

The Bathurst Room is located on the ground floor of the South Wing. The room is perfect for very intimate wedding celebrations holding up to 30 guests. The room has the same decor and feels as The Beckington Room. However, this room has a more intimate feel, making it fabulous for getting up-close documentary wedding shots.

The Shrewsbury Room is also located on the ground floor of the South Wing and is great for smaller celebrations groups holding up to 45 guests. The room has mahogany features with the hotel’s signature fabric panels and fabulous mirrors creating a warm and intimate feel.
